Gentle Yoga offers a calm and nurturing space to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Through mindful movement and focused breath, this class supports functional mobility, to help you move with greater ease, stability, and awareness in everyday life.

Expect slow, intentional sequences designed to release tension, open up the body, and quiet the mind.

All levels are supported and encouraged. Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and at ease.
