Each month we'll work together with a different theme. Whether dedicated actions, or posture focus; each week will be a stand alone practice ~ the same but different as we work towards a common goal.

You can expect some alignment principals / workshop type drills, longer holds for strength & flexibility, mobility/ stability work while still moving along with a little flow.

Restorative Bliss

You will be guided through a restorative yoga practice completely supported by props and combined with Thai Massage assists using steamed herbal compresses. Blending the profound benefits of heat, aroma, herbs & acupressure techniques to aid in deep rest & encourage total relaxation.

No previous yoga experience required. All props will be provided. (please bring your own yoga mat) Wear comfortable clothing and warm socks.

Compress ingredients include:

ginger, lemongrass, camphor, eucalyptus & tiger balm.

Thai Heat Therapy Add-On

A herbal hot compress is applied to muscles and joints to relieve soreness and pain while increasing flexibility.
