Handstands

Build strength, confidence, and body awareness as you explore the art of being upside down. This handstand class is a progressive, supportive practice designed to meet you where you are, whether you are brand new to inversions or refining an existing handstand.

We will focus on shoulder stability, core engagement, wrist prep, and proper alignment, while breaking down the mechanics of a safe and sustainable handstand. Expect drills at the wall, partner or prop support, and playful balance work to help you build confidence without pressure.

This class is as much about mindset as it is about strength. You will practice patience, curiosity, and trust as you learn to find ease and control upside down.
