  • to learn the purpose behind common poses & how to adapt them to your unique body
  • decode common cues
  • break down & learn common breathing techniques

** although it's recommended to commit to the full series we understand life doesn't always allow for this. each class will play with the others but, will be a stand alone practice; and therefore will allow drop-ins per class pending availability
