
Mindfulness & Grief Coaching Sessions
Grief touches each of us differently. Some days feel manageable, while others can feel unexpectedly heavy. These sessions are here to help you feel less alone, more supported, and more understood. They offer grounding practices you can return to whenever you need them, helping you regulate emotions and navigate loss with greater self-compassion.
This program is inspired by the 8-Step Mindfulness & Grief System and brings together meditation, mindful movement, and reflective practices. As a certified Mindfulness & Grief Coach, I offer a steady and compassionate space where each step is explored through guided meditation, movement, journaling, and optional sharing. Weekly sessions support presence, inner listening, and gentle resilience.
These coaching sessions are designed to support you through any type of loss, meeting you where you are in your personal journey. Private sessions allow for a slower pace and individual attention shaped around your unique experience. Group sessions offer shared understanding alongside guided practices that can help you cope and feel less alone in your grief.
