Recovery Lab

Take time to reset and restore with our Recovery class.

An intentional blend of Myofascial Release (MFR), deep Yin Yoga-inspired stretching, and mindful breathwork. Designed to support your body’s natural healing processes, this class targets deep tension and areas of restriction using simple MFR techniques paired with long, supported stretches. You’ll learn to tune into your body, move with care, and use the breath to guide your nervous system into a state of calm and ease.

Ideal for athletes, desk workers, and anyone looking to recover from the demands of daily life, this class will leave you feeling grounded, spacious, and renewed.

All levels welcome.
