This class is cultivated to help you release and unwind with the endless benefits of meditation and yin yoga.

Evoking a state of surrender into serenity. Providing a deeper tissue stretch within Yin’s slower nature and guided meditations to assist us in gaining a sense of calm and clarity. To come back to a space of observing instead of being wrapped up in our thoughts and information fed by the mind. As we let our day wash away it’s the perfect class to take before sleep.
