
Start your day with intention. Rise & Shine is a feel good morning class designed to gently wake up the body and mind through mindful movement and breath.
Each class is a little different. You might move through a slow flow, explore functional mobility, release tension with myofascial techniques, settle into yin inspired shapes, or take a few quiet moments for breath work and meditation.
This is your space to check in, loosen up, and create a little room in the body & mind before the day gets going.
Leave feeling grounded, open, and ready for whatever the day holds.
