In this series, you’ll:
- Learn the purpose behind common poses and how to adapt them to your unique body
- Decode the language of Yoga and better understand verbal cues
- Explore essential breathing techniques to support your movement and calm your mind
- Develop a foundation you can carry into any Yoga class with ease

- Practitioners who want more clarity and understanding in their practice
- Anyone curious to deepen their connection to the “why” behind the poses
✨ While it’s recommended to join the full series for the best progression, we understand life happens. Each class is thoughtfully designed to stand on its own, so drop-ins are welcome when space allows.
