Slow Flow invites you to move with intention, slowing the pace to deepen awareness, stability, and breath. Expect thoughtful transitions, longer holds, and moments of quiet challenge that strengthen both body and mind. This class blends gentle flow with deeper stretches and mindful stillness, creating space to reconnect, release tension, and move with greater ease.
This week’s Slow Flow is a special community class, lovingly subbed by our newest teacher, Peter Bartsch. It’s a beautiful opportunity to experience his teaching style, slow down together, and practice in support of something bigger than ourselves.
This class is offered on a sliding scale by donation. You can contribute any amount when registering online or bring cash to class. All proceeds will be donated in support of our new friend, Wes.
Suitable for everyone, this is an invitation to slow down without losing momentum, move with heart, and show up for community. 💙
