Yoga for Grief & Loss

This 6-week series offers a compassionate space to move through grief with gentleness and support. Through therapeutic yoga, restorative and yin practices, mindful breathing, and guided meditation, you’ll be invited to connect with your body, calm your nervous system, and explore pathways of healing.

No previous yoga experience is required — this program is accessible and supportive for all levels.

  • Investment: $175+hst for members, $200 +hst for non-members
